Introduction
Asia University has been persistent in cultivating, visionary, and rapidly developing a comprehensive university in Taichung. The Post-Baccalaureate Program in Nursing is relegated to the College of Nursing and authorized by the Ministry of Education to recruit students since August 2020. The educational philosophy is adherence to Asia University's motto of "health, care, innovation, and excellence," emphasizing producing competent nursing professionals. Post-Baccalaureate program in Nursing applicants are those who have completed the equivalent of a bachelor's degree approved by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan, before enrolling in the Asia university. Total credits required for graduation in the Post-Baccalaureate Program in Nursing are 90 credits, and within 3 years of study. The feature of our program are:
1. Having multidisciplinary faculty members who are experienced in both teaching and practice;
2. Planning “Long-term care for the elderly program” cooperate with our sociality demand;
3. Having innovative and interdisciplinary teaching strategies in Nursing;
4. Developing humanistic care fusion class activities;
5. Having high specification teaching resources;
6. Dedicating in students’ internationalization;
7. Tutoring student the whole process in national nursing license examination;
8. Having employment guarantee.
